What to Expect in Class
When arriving at an Elite class, you can expect a warm welcome, a friendly face and a knowledgeable, experienced instructor. We take our name seriously and hold our instructors to a high standard. We aim to make each student feel valued and meet them where they are with their food safety knowledge - with the goal of increasing that knowledge to an Elite level.

Our Manager's Certification course is an 8-hour class including the exam. The exam is administered and proctored by one of our certified Instructor/Proctors. Our instructors are trained to use a wide variety of teaching methods in order to keep the class entertaining and interesting. We use videos, quizzes, handouts, role playing and more.
